Av någon anledning varnar mitt virusprogram för spotify och anser att den, vad jag förstår, innehåller något virus. Är det någon som vet hur jag kollar detta på bästa sätt?! Eller om någon vet om det är bara en så kallad felkodning på AVG (mitt virusprogram)?

Säg gärna till!

Hittade hur man skulle göra, dels skulle man söka på denna sidan för att se att det faktiskt inte är ett virus, dels ska man göra följande:

A user posted in another thread the following instructions on how to solve this until AVG updates again which they'll hopefully do soon.

1 open AVG user interface (right click on icon in systray at bottom right)
2 components -> resident shield
3 click manage exceptions
4 click Excluded files, click Add
5 browse to c:\Program Files\Spotify\spotify.exe click open
6 spotify.exe appears in the list with a selected tickbox - click apply
AVG should now ignore spotify.exe
Apparently the problem is that the spotify.exe file is packed to make it smaller (dunno why - it's not that big a file) and is unpacked at runtime. A lot of malware exe files do this so AVG throws a wobbly a flags a warning...

I fall ni själva får problem, sök på den "felaktigheten" som erat virusprogram "hittat" och se vad som finns på nätet! Går att finna många svar...
